Priorities of the Burnaby Arts Council: to assist in the development of local groups, companies and artists; to support groups whose programs create recreation opportunities for Burnaby citizens who enjoy participating in the arts; by education and programming, to cultivate a greater market for the arts in Burnaby; to encourage spin-off effects through the community i.e. to maximize the social, educational, and economic benefits produced by the arts.

The Central Interior Regional Arts Council (CIRAC) is a not for profit charitable organization funded by membership fees, donations and grants, the most significant of which is an operating grant from the BC Arts Council.
The Community Arts Council of the Alberni Valley exists to enhance the quality of life in our community by promoting the arts. This is accomplished through:
● Arts education and information
● Provision of quality programs and events in all facets of the arts
● Participation in the preservation, planning and development of cultural facilities
● Advocacy for the arts and those working in the arts
● Contributing to the development of cultural policies at the local, regional, provincial and national levels.

Founded in 1985, the Dancer Transition Resource Centre (DTRC) is the only organization in Canada dedicated to helping dancers make necessary transitions into, within and from professional performing careers.
It also operates as a resource centre for the dance community and the general public by providing seminars, educational materials, networking and information, as well as supporting activities that enhance the socio-economic conditions of artists.
A national organization, the DTRC has offices in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver, as well as representatives across the country.

The Pride In Art Board of Directors plays an integral part in the planning of the Festival and bringing it to life every year.
Since its inception in 1986, Vancouver Pro Musica has proudly presented hundreds of premiers by talented emerging and established local composers. The Salt Spring Arts Council is a community organization serving residents of Salt Spring Island. Its home is Mahon Hall, a heritage building on 114 Rainbow Road, overlooking the village of Ganges and Ganges Harbour.
The Arts Council is widely known for its support of ArtCraft and WinterCraft galleries highlighting the talent of its island artists. We also support budding artists through grants and funding to the Artist in the Class Program.
The Shuswap District Arts Council receives regular communications from the Canada Council. It is financially supported by grants from the Government of B.C. through the British Columbia Arts Council, Shuswap Community Foundation, Pratt-Johnson Foundation, City of Salmon Arm, donations and memberships.
Membership is open to residents of the Shuswap area bounded by Chase, North Shuswap, Falkland, Enderby and Salmon Arm.
Solo Collective Theatre is celebrating its eleventh year of commissioning, developing, and producing exclusively new Canadian work.
The company's focus is on actor and text, with design elements that are spare but impeccably chosen to support the work. Solo Collective's evenings of theatre are unique, intimate and completely original.

TCP’s vision is to create works that speak to people on the levels of common human experience, our own comic-tragic behavior, and our lives in movement.

For the betterment of Canadian theatre, PACT provides leadership, national representation and a variety of programs and practical assistance to member companies, enabling members to do their own creative work.
A Board of Directors was elected consisting of: two representatives each from Galiano, Mayne and North pender Islands one each from South Pender and Saturna Islands.
A Constitution and Bylaws were adopted and duly registered with the Registrar of Societies.

U'mista Cultural Centre is one of the longest-operating and most successful First Nations cultural facilities in BC, founded in 1980 as a ground breaking project to house potlatch artifacts which had been seized by government during an earlier period of cultural repression. The return of the potlatch artifacts not only provided U'mista's name ('the return of something important'), and sparked a general trend toward repatriation of First Nations and cultural artifacts, it caused the creation of a physical facility and human resources infrastructure which have been successfully operated for over two decades.

The Victoria Event Centre (VEC) was established in 2003 and is managed by Victoria Multi-Cultural Society.
